Qualify as a fire protection officer: Our online training will provide you with all the knowledge you need to be appointed as a fire protection officer. The online training is based on the information in the current DGUV 205-003 from December 2020.

After successfully completing the course, you will be able to carry out the diverse tasks of a fire protection officer in your company. This includes establishing and updating fire protection regulations as well as adapting to operational or structural changes. The monitoring and maintenance of fire protection equipment must also be organized by the fire protection officer. Due to the employer's obligations under the Occupational Safety and Health Act, the Industrial Safety Ordinance as well as trade association and building authority requirements, the appointment of a company fire protection officer is always a valuable and increasingly indispensable contribution. After successfully passing the exam, you will receive a valid and legally binding certificate.

  • Fire alarm systems, stationary extinguishing systems, smoke and heat extraction systems, replacement measures
  • Hand-operated fire-fighting devices
  • Portable and mobile fire extinguishers, wall hydrants, practical extinguishing exercises
  • Organizational fire protection
  • Tasks of the fire protection officer, approvals, operational hazard prevention plans, fire protection regulations, alarm plan, evacuation, fire protection concept and risk analysis
  • Fire protection management, cooperation with authorities, fire departments and insurers
  • Position of the fire protection officer, types of fire brigades, tasks and capabilities, group of participants
