  1. COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
    As far as possible, you can use our website without providing personal data.

  1. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

For the purposes stated in section 1, we reserve the right, if necessary, to pass on your personal data within the European Union and other contracting states to the Agreement on the European Economic Area to companies affiliated with us and service providers commissioned by us.   1. DURATION OF STORAGE OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

In order to fulfill our retention obligations in accordance with Section 257 of the German Commercial Code (HGB), we store your collected personal data for 10 years, counting from the last invoice or credit note issued to you. If you have not settled all of our outstanding payment claims within the 10-year period, we will continue to store your personal data until all of our outstanding payment claims have been settled.

If you have ordered our newsletter, we will store your personal data until you unsubscribe from our newsletter or object to the further processing of your personal data for sending the newsletter.

Otherwise, we will delete your personal data immediately after the purpose for which the data was collected in accordance with Section 1 has been achieved.

  1. YOUR RIGHTS

You can inform yourself at any time by sending an email to info@kft-kraus.com about the personal data we have stored about you, request that your personal data be supplemented and incorrect personal data be corrected. We will process your inquiries promptly.

Of course, you can also request the deletion of the personal data we have stored about you in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR or the restriction of the processing of your personal data stored by us in accordance with Art. 18 GDPR by sending an email to info@kft-kraus.com. We will then immediately delete the personal data we have stored about you or restrict its processing. However, the deletion or restriction of processing will only take place after all existing contracts and other legal relationships with you have been completely processed. Deletion can only take place when we are no longer legally obliged to store it. Please note that after deletion or restriction of processing, we can no longer access the data you previously provided and may not be able to process pending inquiries. If we are legally obliged to store personal data, we will block it and no longer use it for communication.

To the extent that we process your personal data, you have the right to request a copy of this data in writing or electronically. We will send you the first copy containing your personal data free of charge or forward it to the third party named by you.

If you have consented to the processing of your personal data and we have still stored it, we will make it available to you or to a third party named by you upon your request.

If you are of the opinion that the processing of your personal data violates the GDPR, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.

If the data processing is based on your consent (in particular to check your creditworthiness and, if necessary, to send you our newsletter), you can revoke your consent at any time.

According to Art. 21 GDPR, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data to protect our legitimate interests or those of a third party in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. Upon your objection, we will stop data processing based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR, unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing, especially if you have not yet settled all of our outstanding payment claims.
