The DIN VDE V 0826-2 that has currently come into force applies to the area of ​​fire warning systems (BWA) in special buildings with a risk to people, e.g. in daycare centers, homes and accommodation facilities. BWA must be planned, installed and maintained by a specialist company. The specialist companies must have an electrician for hazard alarm systems (GMA for short) in order to be able to install a fire alarm system according to the standard.
