Bidirectional amplifier module for extending the cable length in the Bitbus network of the fire alarm panels of the detect 3004plus series. In a protected aluminum housing for wall mounting.

  • External 24 V supply via the power supply of the fire alarm control panel
  • Enables BITBUS operation with a distance of up to 1200 m between two nodes at a standard baud rate of 62.5 kBit/s
  • Integrated DC converter for decoupling the input voltage
  • Integrated terminating resistors for slave function
  • 32-bit ARM7 with 2 MByte Flash and 512 kByte supported RAM
  • Isolated RS-485 interface with extensive protective circuitry for harsh industrial environments
  • Bitbus line end termination with defined potential
  • With LED for transmission activity (yellow) and operating LED (green)
